Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement and configure ServiceNow features such as workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, ACLs, notifications, reports, and dashboards.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using MID server, web services, email, and other methods.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Debug and troubleshoot issues and defects in ServiceNow code and configuration.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for ServiceNow solutions.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other stakeholders.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Follow best practices and standards for ServiceNow development and administration.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements. </li>
</ul>
Preferred candidate profile 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, and applications.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST APIs.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in creating and modifying workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using ServiceNow tools and scripting.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in using ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in using ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Application Scoping.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist is a plus.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li>
