Key Accountabilities

Functional Activities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and protect the interests of the organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support and mitigate risks, manage contract lifecycles, track deadlines, and facilitate effective contract administration to protect the organization's interests</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draft &amp; Review contracts and agreements such as vendor contracts, client agreements, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and non-disclosure agreements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarize oneself with the aviation laws of both India and international, regulations, and guidelines applicable in India, such as the Aircraft Act, 1934, the Aircraft Rules, 1937, and the regulations issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advise on legal risks and implications of any transaction and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review legal and financial documents, identify potential risks and liabilities, and provide recommendations based on the findings</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in transactional negotiations with external parties, such as clients, vendors, or business partners </li>
