• Connect with international prospects using inbound leads provided. 
• Follow up with calls, to convert leads via outbound communication. Sales Conversion 
• Explain our international education services clearly and convert leads into admissions. 

• Understand the unique needs of international students/professionals and provide tailored solutions. 
• Advise students on selecting suitable universities, courses, and career paths. 
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for international enrollments. Reporting &amp; Tracking 

• Use CRM tools to track leads, applications, and conversions. 
• Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the manager. Client Relationship Management 
• Maintain strong relationships with international students and professionals to ensure a seamless counseling experience. 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications Experience 
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in international education counseling or outbound sales targeting global students and professionals. Skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills. 

• Knowledge of international university admissions, visa regulations, and education systems is a plus.
