Key Competencies:

<li>Experience in B2B sales or direct sales in laptops, phones, consumer electronics, fashion, heavy and bulk electronics, large and small appliances, and kitchen appliances will be an added advantage. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should have a strong network of buyers in the market and must be an active listener with confident business acumen. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and excellent team player with the ability to build and sustain teams. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for onboarding buyers, explaining the bidding and claims processes, presenting company solutions, and selling open-box/refurbished products as-is or managing buy-back inventory and plan forward for both supply and demand to achieve targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with buyers to drive growth in value and volume on a monthly or quarterly basis. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Report progress against targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis and build and nurture relationships with key buyers in their respective regions. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with the broader team to resolve buyer complaints. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow established plans and route maps and actively sell or obtain bids across all product categories.</li>
