Roles and Responsibility

<li style="margin-left:0px;">We are looking for a seasoned backend developer with deep expertise in Java, Apache Kafka, and Couchbase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems and real-time data streaming applications. You will lead critical backend initiatives and mentor junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.</li>
</ul>

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Architect and implement real-time streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and optimize NoSQL-based data storage and retrieval solutions using Couchbase.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure cloud-native deployments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and other developers to understand requirements and provide solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.</li>
</ul>

Technical Skills Required:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Java- Expert-level knowledge in backend development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Apache Kafka - Strong experience in building producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, and handling large-scale message ingestion pipelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Couchbase - Hands-on experience in data modeling, N1QL queries, performance tuning, and XDCR.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">RESTful API development and integration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot ecosystem.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>
</ul>
