Responsibilities:

•Designing and implementing infrastructure: Platform engineers design and implement a platform for software development, including its infrastructure.

•Should have good experience in Shell Scripting

•Must have good working experience in Ansible Workbook

•Good experience in Linux

•Continuous integration and deployment: Platform engineers design continuous integration and development (CI/CD) pipelines for applications. This allows multiple teams to work together on building, testing, and releasing new features.

•Monitoring and observability: Platform engineers monitor and troubleshoot the platform to ensure optimal performance and availability.

•Problem-solving: Platform engineers analyze system behavior, performance metrics, and logs to diagnose problems and implement solutions.

•Security and compliance: Platform engineers ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure.

•Communicating with users and stakeholders: Platform engineers communicate with platform users and stakeholders.

•Preparing reports: Platform engineers prepare reports for systems and assets. 
Desired Skills:

•Minimum 4-10 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.

•Strong proficiency in shell scripting, Python, and Ansible playbooks.

•Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.

•Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

•Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.

•Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
