Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct lightweight user research interviews, usability testing, and iterate on designs.</li>

<li>Help build and evolve a design system and UI component library.</li>
</ul>

<li>Advocate for usability, accessibility, and ride-along with front-end teams on handoffs.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<li>5 years in UI/UX, specifically in B2B SaaS products.</li>
</ul>

<li>Someone who is urged to work in fast-paced startup environments.</li>
</ul>

<li>Portfolio showing user flows, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and prototyping.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You've conducted usability testing and know how to turn feedback into better designs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Someone with a strong visual sense and accessibility awareness.</li>
</ul>
