<li>Graduate in any stream. </li>

<li>Experience in the UK Pension- Investment Administration domain (preferred) </li>

<li>Up to 10 years of experience in UK Pension domain –Business Administration and Claims Processing including Death Claims (preferred). </li>

<li>Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 6+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have experience in New Business, Money In/Out, Benefits, Cash Management &amp; Recon, Payroll, Cash /Credit Control</li>
</ul>

Roles and Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise operational teams handling new business, ensure all pension transactions comply with scheme rules, guidelines, and regulations. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review and authorize high-value or complex cases, including member benefits and payroll disbursements. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation of pension accounts, bank statements, and investment platforms. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor credit control processes to track outstanding contributions and enforce collection protocols. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review and assess complex insurance claims including death claims to determine coverage and eligibility for payment. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Research and verify claims information including policy details, claims document validation, calculating benefit amount and other relevant documentation. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify the correct payee or beneficiary to release the claims payment. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with finance and audit teams to maintain financial integrity and readiness for internal or external reviews. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Act as the key point of contact for pension administrators, custodians, payroll providers, and internal departments. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive continuous improvement across operational workflows, identifying automation opportunities and reducing risk. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Mentor team members and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.</li>
