Roles and Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Provide support to the Global Data Privacy team in connection with data privacy issues involved in procurement and client contracts;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide support and advice with an overall aim to ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and corporate standards and policies;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in internal and external calls to provide support on data privacy related contractual matters;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow legal developments in the area and perform legal research;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Draft guidance materials and legal document templates for internal use;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in required trainings and work sessions;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Report to Global Data Privacy Advisory Function team and GLN supervisors and coordinators.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Specific Responsibilities Aligned to Role</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide support to legal professional and procurement, clients teams on queries related to data privacy laws, compliance requirements, country-specific regulations and contracting requests;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review of data privacy related clauses in supplier agreements and related documents, with special focus on EU contractual standard clauses and data transfer agreements;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide advice on engagement of suppliers, subcontractors/sub-processors, clients personal data and required compliance mechanisms;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in internal calls with legal professionals and business teams to provide advice on data privacy related contractual matters;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in external calls with legal counsels to provide support to contracting professionals on data privacy specific discussions;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow and keep track of legal changes, news and developments related to data privacy laws at global level, and prepare internal materials and communications;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Research country-specific data privacy laws and regulations and prepare reports;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Draft guidance materials, legal document templates and training decks for internal use;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in required trainings and work sessions.</li>
</ul>
