You will be mainly accountable for:

<li>UX/UI design work in ABB Motion R&amp;D projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Creating the design brief together with product owners, lead designer, integrate customer and user understanding with business requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Supporting R&amp;D projects in customer understanding. Hands-on design work and collaborating with developers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Coordinating design across multiple projects &amp; Author, iterate, and maintain UI documentation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Spreading Human Centered Design mindset in the organization (advocate design process, train colleagues) </li>
</ul>
Qualifications for the role 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Bachelor/Master studies in Design education (Interaction Design, Industrial Design, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> 5+ years of relevant B2B experience in the field of UX/UI design and showcase in portfolio</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Excellent visual and UI/UX- design skills &amp; a portfolio to back this up</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Documented work experience and examples from shippable products (b2b environment, Web, WPF, iOS, Android)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Proficiency with design &amp; prototyping tools such as Adobe CC and Figma</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Excellent visual standards and obsessive attention to detail making UI designs pixel perfect Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Ability to translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible and functional design deliverables. </li>
