You will be mainly accountable for:

<li>Plan and execute internal and external events while ensuring alignment with budget and corporate guidelines.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with the sales team to focus on target sectors, promote technology, and drive impactful marketing initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare and manage regional/country marketing budgets, prioritizing activities based on market dynamics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor competitors’ market presence, measure event effectiveness, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications for the role 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation &amp; Control, or Mechatronics; MBA is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">8-10 years of experience in automation industry sales and marketing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and collaborate with multi-cultural international teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strategic thinker with the ability to influence key decisions while maintaining integrity and professionalism.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Quality-focused approach to marketing activities, ensuring effectiveness and brand consistency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in CRM software.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with fluency in reading and writing in English.</li>
