<li>Responsible for global service delivery for selected countries through accomplishing the targets (productivity, cost, customer satisfaction, SLAs) </li>

<li>Leading delivery team on accounting and processing of invoices in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements. </li>

<li>Provide solutions to accounting and tax issues as they arise and manage the escalations efficiently </li>

<ul>
<li>To identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with internal stakeholders in resolving the same </li>
</ul>

<li>Ensuring accurate accruals, pre-paid schedules &amp; timely month-end reporting </li>
</ul>

<li>Ensuring AP GLs are reconciled regularly, and open items are resolved timely </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Regular monitoring of invoice backlog &amp; to keep the backlog well within the control </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Continuous improvement and process standardization for responsibility areas and work on automation initiatives </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Driving operational metrics performance management and responsible for people strategy (hiring, retention, training &amp; development, performance management). </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Focusing on customer value addition and satisfaction to ensure GBS teams are equipped to provide the service levels agreed and enhancing internal control environment and fraud awareness. </li>
</ul>

<li>Your background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalent 8+ years of good experience with strong exposure in managing large global teams in both captive/ BPO 3rd party set up. </li>

<li>Strong Communication skills. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of SAP and AP workflow tools will be added advantage </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have handled a team of 12-15 employees and open for working in shifts </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have knowledge in US GAAP </li>
