You will be mainly accountable for:

<ul>
<li>Processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Performing necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Executing analysis and reports assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Compiling with and helping to achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in accounts payable for applicable templates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation. Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Check invoices to verify that they comply with the fiscal and internal control requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Focusing on organizing and coordinating on a task, project or program basis in support of a process or internal team</li>
</ul>

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Language &amp; Communication:

<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking vendors and internal teams. Translate financial documents and vendor communications from Spanish to English and vice versa. Ensure clear and professional communication across multiple regions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to interpret and communicate financial information in both language </li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Certification in Accounts Payable or Financial Accounting is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience supporting Spanish-speaking countries in a finance function.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You are immersed engaged in working with SAP</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Ability to demonstrate as 0 to 1 year experience or skills in, SAP, AP, P2P, journal entries</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage</li>
