Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Organize &amp; Present Updates: Keep everyone informed with clear updates across programs, tailored to different needs (on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Record Keeping: Diligently document minutes and outcomes from project reviews and meetings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Meetings &amp; Reviews: Participate in and lead regular meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Project Understanding: Deeply understand task decomposition and interconnections to ensure timelines and outcomes are met.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactive Issue Management: Identify and address blockers and issues with a strong action-oriented approach.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Trackers &amp; Metrics: Design and maintain detailed trackers and metrics for multiple projects.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Dependency Management: Plan for dependencies and contingencies across projects.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Follow-Up: Ensure rigorous follow-ups to keep projects on track.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Post-Project Rituals: Conduct RCAs and assist teams with documentation and post-mortems for continuous improvement.</li>

Experience and Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1- 8 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, MBA degree is preferred</li>
