Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="text-align:start;">Develop branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, infographics, presentations, stall designs and social media content. </li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure all designs align with Zen Technologies brand guidelines, upholding high standards of aesthetics, quality, and efficiency. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay updated on design trends and integrate innovative ideas into creative projects. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering quality outputs. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design briefs and present creative ideas effectively.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Act as an independent design consultant, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain responsiveness to stakeholder feedback via calls and emails. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Contribute actively to organizational initiatives and events </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A foundational understanding of motion graphics is a plus </li>
</ul>
Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint. </li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and creativity. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven expertise in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, newsletters, banners, and animated presentations. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with global clients, showcasing adaptability to diverse brand guidelines and cultural nuances. </li>
</ul>
