What you’ll do:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Gather market insights on compensation trends, directly or by working closely with Compensation partners to align on salary ranges, increases, and practices in our talent landscape</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support the design and maintenance of UC's compensation ranges for fixed pay and ESOPs, also ensuring offers align with compensation guidelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in budget proposals, increments, and process guidelines; manage mid-year and annual compensation reviews, ensuring alignment and communication with leadership and people managers.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Enable leaders with adequate data, analysis &amp; insights and principle led approach to take right decisions for their team members</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide leaders with data, analysis, and insights to make informed decisions for their teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop communication strategies and collaborate with People Success partners to educate leaders on UC's rewards philosophy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support ESOP and benefit programs, including secondary sales, NRC inputs, tool implementation, communication, and annual insurance renewals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive improvements in processes and systems to align with UC’s compensation philosophy, based on feedback from leadership and employees.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage the entire performance management process, including data hygiene, leadership alignment, communications, tool administration, and enabling PSPs to improve feedback quality and performance reviews.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support workforce planning by creating input templates, logics, summaries, analyzing trends, and offering insights</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare dashboards and analyze reports to assess process effectiveness of key people processes/ areas and support data-driven decision-making. </li>
</ul>
What You’ll Need:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">1-3 years of experience in COE/ Project/ Analytics roles in HR (startup/ performance &amp; rewards experience preferred)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience of implementing Performance &amp; Rewards tools would be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Highly organized and structured, with agility to navigate and adapt to ambiguous situations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficient in Google Suite and advanced Excel skills</li>
</ul>
