We are looking for someone with:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to work across a diverse set of projects &amp; manage them effectively. Proactive communication is the key.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Solid aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail. Excellent understanding of clean UI, typography, alignment, and colours.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Self-starter and can work with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A keen eye for applying brand aesthetics and art direction to designs, with a commitment to keep refining the output</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">High competency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie &amp; Figma</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A passion for staying updated on interior design trends and wall décor — or a willingness to learn and grow in this domain</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge of working with 3D software such as Blender &amp; Cinema 4D is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in UI prototyping by using Figma or Rotato is a plus</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Craft highly engaging CGI, cinematic videos of impeccable quality &amp; production value across a diverse array of projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with visual designers to conceptualize and compose compelling assets &amp; videos</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Establish &amp; document a comprehensive set of animation styles to ensure consistency across all videos, ultimately contributing to Urban Company’s motion design guidelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay updated with advancements in animation, motion graphics, production design &amp; generative AI</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">You’re special — If you can develop mood boards to communicate design ideas in the pre-production phase. The storyboard has a clear storyline, annotations, copy suggestions, and motion and sound references.</li>
</ul>

What you’ll work on:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Feature, launch, onboarding &amp; concept videos for Urban Company Wall Décor’s in-app product journeys</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create feature launches, and concept videos to showcase our wall panels’ assortment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with our 3D Designer to produce b-roll and/or walkthrough videos of 3D interior design spaces </li>
</ul>
