Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Accounts Receivable Operations: Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices, credit notes, and other related documents.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cash Flow Management: Analyze and manage cash flow to ensure timely collection of receivables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Credit Control: Implement and maintain effective credit control measures to minimize bad debts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes and customer complaints.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Financial Reporting: Assistance in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including aged debt reports and cash flow forecasts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.</li>
</ul>

Preferred candidate profile 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Qualifications: CA Inter pass out or final candidates preferred/ Post Graduates or</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduates in Commerce and Accounts can also be considered provided they have good work experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Skills: Zoho, Tally, expert in Accounting and GST with hands on experience, knowledge of SCM process and Inventory process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preference: Should have worked in a product company, preferably from a manufacturing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">or trading background, comfortable with 6 days working, good to have early joiners.</li>
