<li>Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, and skilled in creating effective presentations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conceptual design (layouts, styles, mood boards)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Modular design (aesthetic and functional material knowledge, module planning)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Civil works and services (specifications and installation details)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with various stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Sales Skills:

<ul>
<li>Ability to close sales through persuasive and trusted communication.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead design meetings with clients effectively to achieve desired outcomes.</li>
</ul>
