Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Negotiate rates and service agreements with courier partners to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee the addition and management of new supply channels, ensuring efficient integration into the delivery network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and implement SOP with courier partners to ensure high level of services</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategise and implement supply solutions to meet specific needs of enterprise customers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and track delivery performance, ensuring high levels of service and addressing any issues as they arise.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and build strong relationships with current and potential courier partners to optimize logistics operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the process of adding new supply sources and updating delivery strategies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate closely with tech/product team to implement process improvement enhancements. </li>
</ul>
Qualification &amp; Skill set required :

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5 or more years of relevant experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in courier liaisoning, logistics, or supply chain management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Relationship Management , Negotiation &amp; Closure skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
