<li style="margin-left:0px;">2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Development background and experience is mandatory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience on C# .Net frameworks, WPF experience is added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of facilitating Agile transformations is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced SAFe Certified Scrum is mandatory, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Effectively manage Scrum events, and Coach team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage team level risks, impediments and dependencies (including Integrations, User Documentation, Config Mgmt, etc)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track and report the objectives and keep the dashboard up to date.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish SW engineering/technical practices within teams to ensure SW Excellence, technical agility(Clean code, TDD, Design for testability, test practices, test strategy and tools.</li>
