Key Responsibilities:

1. POSH Compliance:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct and facilitate POSH training sessions for employees.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in the formation and maintenance of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in accordance with the POSH Act.</li>
</ul>

2. Documentation:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Vet and draft legal documents, including but not limited to:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Company policies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Appointment letters</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Agreements and contracts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and share minutes of meetings with clients following POSH training sessions.</li>
</ul>

3. Legal Correspondence:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draft replies to legal matters and ensure timely communication regarding the next date of hearing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare responses to notices from ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) and PF (Provident Fund) authorities.</li>
</ul>

4. Research:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct thorough research on various Acts, policies, and notifications relevant to the organizations operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.</li>
</ul>

5. Administrative Support:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in maintaining legal records and documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as required. </li>
