Payroll Accounting:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Automate payroll accounting processes, where applicable, in collaboration with tech teams.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with auditors for payroll-related audits and ensure compliance with their requirements.</li>

Statutory Compliance:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely payments and filings of statutory dues such as EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and gratuity.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage any escalations or discrepancies related to statutory payments or filings.</li>
</ul>

Reporting &amp; Analysis:

Qualification:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or equivalent are a plus.</li>
