Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Define annual operating plan (AOP), outlook and define OKRs for category</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to various stakeholders while recommending further courses of action</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure health of the business and co-own the goals with the category heads</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop trends and projections for the business growth &amp; finances</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct reviews and evaluations for growth and profitability opportunities</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with other functions, discuss and agree on projects to be taken.Develop complex financial models to facilitate decision making with Business stakeholders</li>
