Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and publish timely MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), variance analyses, and presentations.</li>
</ul>

<li>Manage GST and TDS return filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Streamline accounting systems, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and reconcile bank accounts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead internal stakeholder and team management, ensuring smooth coordination.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support external and internal audits and implement recommendations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare ad-hoc reports for the holding company.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must-Have Skills:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in finance, with post-qualification CA/CPA/ACCA certification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Expertise in Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Advanced Excel proficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong team management and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in financial reporting and analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willingness to work UK time zones to support a US holding company when required.</li>
</ul>

Preferred:

<li>Previous experience in mid-sized organizations (200-500 employees).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong leadership attributes with the ability to work independently.</li>
</ul>
