Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master s degree or relevant HR certification (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li>
