Key Responsibilities
Shopping Funnel Optimization:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates, and reduce drop-offs across key stages of the funnel.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performing solutions that meet customer needs. </li>
</ul>
 Product-Led Growth:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive growth through innovative product initiatives, including gamification, loyalty programs, and personalized user journeys.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to integrate growth strategies such as user retention frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Champion a culture of experimentation, leveraging customer feedback and rapid iteration to improve KPIs like MAUs, DAUs, and ARPU.</li>

Customer-Centric Innovation:

Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management:

Qualifications 
Experience:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or consumer tech.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven expertise in managing shopping funnels, conversion optimization, and growth-focused products.</li>
</ul>

Technical &amp; Analytical Skills:
