Key Responsibilities

Video Editing:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Apply visual effects, transitions, graphics, sound, and music to enhance video quality.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Edit raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all videos are optimized for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the entire video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain an organized archive of all projects, raw footage, and final assets.</li>
</ul>

Graphic Design:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design creative assets, including banners, social media posts, infographics, brochures, presentations, and print materials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop visual content for email campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing channels.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with stakeholders to create branding materials that align with the companys visual identity and marketing objectives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure consistency of designs across various platforms and mediums.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay updated with design trends to produce innovative and relevant work.</li>
</ul>

Creative Direction:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide input on campaign planning and deliver innovative visual content ideas.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with photographers, animators, and other team members to ensure creative alignment.</li>
</ul>

Technical Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to handle colour grading, sound design, and video compositing.</li>
</ul>

Requirements

Education:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

Experience:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">5-8 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing and graphic design.</li>
</ul>

Technical Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with 3D modelling software like Blender or Cinema 4D is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>
