Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and manage Mobikwiks overall Social media marketing strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging</li>
</ul>

</ul>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with Agencies &amp; Influencers to create synergistic campaigns that expand Mobikwiks reach and influence.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that support marketing objectives, brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">11-14 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience working in Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, E-commerce, New Age or media industries is highly preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), tools, and trends.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven ability to design and execute high-impact social media campaigns that drive measurable results.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team of social media professionals.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">In-depth knowledge of social media analytics, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.</li>
