Key Responsibilities:

<li style="text-align:start;">Source &amp; screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:start;">To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLA s</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Developing &amp; managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
