Key Responsibilities :

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Ensure timely and efficient execution of Scrum ceremonies.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Collaborate with stakeholders to address and remove obstacles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized Product Backlog.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Provide feedback and coaching to help team members grow and develop.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and management.</li>
</ul>

</ul>

</ul>

Qualifications :

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">3 to 6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">CSM or PSM certification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li>
</ul>
