Key Responsibilities :

<li>Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and values.</li>
<li>Facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the team.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.</li>
<li>Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and efficient execution of Scrum ceremonies.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to address and remove obstacles.</li>
<li>Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized Product Backlog.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business objectives.</li>
<li>Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Provide feedback and coaching to help team members grow and develop.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and management.</li>
<li>Manage expectations and ensure transparency.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications :
<ul>
<li>3 to 6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>
<li>CSM or PSM certification.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)</li>
<li>Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li>
<li>Ability to build strong relationships and influence others -</li>
