Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Daily assessment of Crop Cutting experiment data and prepare the expected Loss Ratio. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handling of Web portal for Crop Loss Intimation and for checking claim status of the beneficiary. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reconciliation of Claim Sheet data according to the portal data. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor the Crop Cutting Experiments and Co-ordinate with the vendors/state team and minimize the loss ratio. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparation of MIS and reporting of information to internal and external authorities in specified formats. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparing the Threshold Yield data using the Bid data. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Quality check of Threshold Yield data, Certified Actual Yield data as per the revised operational guidelines. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparing the estimated AY data and preparing the Priority list for the field team to minimize the loss ratio. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assessment, Quality check and settlement of Crop claims </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good in Communication, Microsoft Advance Excel and PPT. </li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Experience : </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the Crop Insurance business </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge on Working of Automatic Weather station working and Claim Calculation using Weather parameters. </li>
</ul>
Educational Qualification: 
<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Graduate-Post Graduate /MSc Agri / preferably agricultural related degree. </li>
