Role Requirements:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience required in independently managing high-value projects involving both standard and non-standard work.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">The portfolio should include a at least six customer projects and a provision of three customer testimonials is mandatory, who HL DP Program team can speak to</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Laptop with legally licensed version of design software's (Sketchup, V-ray, SpaceCraft Pro) and strong internet connectivity required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Having proficiency in Sketchup and a good understanding of V-ray would be advantageous.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">DP should have finished HL Induction training process and should be SpaceCraft pro certified.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum 12 days attendance in XP mandatory every month.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">The Design Partner is required to be present at the XP for weekends every month.</li>
