Basic Experience

Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Embed and role model the Haleon culture and behaviors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead and manage Trade Routes, interpret complex information, and provide informed analysis to draw meaningful conclusion, and make business recommendations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support Haleon Strategic projects (Changes, Integration &amp; Divestment) for Trading Partner Finance ensuring Standard P2P, Source to Pay, O2C, Close and control and data processes are implemented and aligned with Trading Partner Quality and principles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Observe the Change, Integration &amp; Divestment framework for all assigned Trade Routes; and managing process change from design, approval, documentation, implementation, training, and handover to Operational teams.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide data analysis and data management in SAP with a focus on invoicing for Trade Routes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure that delivery of improvements is optimal, compliant, and aligned and meet both IQMS and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build effective relationships and work cross functionally with key areas such as Sites/CMOs and Markets, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Embed data change end to end through internal and external Haleon teams to the markets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Identifying and delivering process improvements within CI&amp;D core processes </li>
</ul>
Core Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good knowledge on Finance and Supply chain process</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience of working with ERP, Preferred with SAP &amp; Service Now tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understanding of financial transactions critical for international supply of goods, e.g. demand management, supply management, receivable management, tolling and transfer pricing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Sound understanding of international commercial terms, e.g. INCO terms, supply agreements and contract responsibilities, tax implications.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in supply chain business development activities (integration or divestment)</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Demonstrated experience in project and change management with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.</li>
