Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead the digital capability for the brand teams as well as key stakeholders in other functional areas.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop a framework/strategy to enable marketing to build their digital strategies account for their variables and dynamics.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create and pilot e-commerce initiatives.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Continue to feed the customer insight to the commercial team’s brand strategy.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead the 12-month digital operational plan to deliver the activities that build towards the longer-term strategy.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Represent Haleon brands to both internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide forums for education and sharing of best practices to marketing teams, executive leadership and cross functional resources.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Evaluate the digital strategy to optimize channel, customer, and consumer offerings.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead and align multi-stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing alignment with digital strategies.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Inspire the marketing brand teams by developing digital capabilities and strategies and growing capability through on/off the job training and coaching.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Accountable for setting and achieving e-commerce operations metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understand portfolio sets for global and local supported brands as well as portfolio managers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate translation for the market and ensure execution is completed in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Initiate and track the copy approval process for all the materials in responsible market.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure timely execution of all materials through DC and Global Platforms in responsible markets.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Interact with local operating companies to meet customer manager needs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review modern technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to deliver the communication and business objectives more effectively. </li>
