Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Developing and implementing an overall organizational strategy for RPA that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes RPA design, data model designs, best practises etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You should have strong programming skills and exposure to following technology areas.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Extensive Experience in designing &amp; delivering automation solutions in Python/GoLang, Django and Flask</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with ORM</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good Data Structure and algorithms, Selenium and SQL knowledge is plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong unit test and debugging skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You can write clean, high-quality, scalable code in Python and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You have understanding and ability to apply SOLID principles, follow OOPs, and utilize design patterns to solve complex problem.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure and knowledge to Cloud technology such as Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes is added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You have an experimental and creative mindset and you relish the opportunity to try new things.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review code for compliance and reuse and ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Object Library. Creating practices and standards on developing and perpetually maintaining re-usable components</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod)</li>
</ul>

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

<ul>
<li>Overall 5+ years of experience of which at least 3+ years of experience in software development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Process Improvement/Optimization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Awareness of commercial or open-source RPA and Low-Code/No-Code platforms is an advantage but not a necessity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field</li>
</ul>
