Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability using techniques such as data partitioning, incremental refresh, aggregations, and composite models.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Enforce data security measures and access control using Power BI functionalities like row-level security, dynamic data masking, and data classification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Mentor junior Power BI engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics technologies.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in computer science , Engineering, or a related technical field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Power BI development and administration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in Power BI architecture, including Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Mobile.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise in SQL and advanced data modeling techniques, such as star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with diverse data sources and formats including SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication , presentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

Desired Skills:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience integrating Power BI with other advanced Microsoft technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power Automate.</li>
