Data Privacy Strategy &amp; Compliance:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure compliance across all departments, particularly in data collection, processing, and storage.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor, evaluate, and update data protection policies to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.</li>

Risk Assessment &amp; Mitigation:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead regular data protection risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to proactively identify potential privacy risks and vulnerabilities.</li>

Stakeholder Management &amp; Awareness:

Monitoring &amp; Governance:

Who’s the perfect fit?

<ul>
<li>5-7 years of experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or risk management, ideally within the financial services sector.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">In-depth knowledge of data protection laws (DPDP, NDPR, CCPA, GDPR) and cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven experience in managing data protection programs and incident response plans.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
