<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">3 - 6 years accounting related experience </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Requires ownership approach in the responsibilities. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required) </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Perform multiple tasks effectively, be a team player and co-ordinate and be a part in building a team. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">High math aptitude </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Strong verbal and written communication skills </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Intermediate knowledge using Adobe Acrobat and Outlook programs. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Previous Oracle or other large software vendor experience (preferred) </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Receipt and Verification of Vendor (AP) invoices and documentation such as Purchase Orders, Contracts/Agreements, Proper Approvals, etc. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Performs routine accounting activities, including but not limited to the following: accurately reviewing, Performing AP Roll-forward on daily basis within </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">timelines. indexing and batching supplier invoices, reconciliations. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Auditing and approving Expense reports submitted by the employees. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Managing and working on non-PO queues. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Handling the Project Cost Transfers as and when requested. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Other Ad-hoc activities related to AP.</li>
