Responsibilities:

<li>General Ledger (GL) Coding Guru: Assign appropriate general ledger codes to all transactions, maintaining accurate and consistent financial records</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Payment Request Champion: Prepare and submit payment requests according to company policies and vendor terms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reconciliation Rock Star: Perform vendor &amp; customer reconciliations to ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process Optimization Pro: Continuously evaluate and improve the accounts payable process for efficiency and accuracy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Vendor Liaison: Build and maintain positive relationships with key vendors and customers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries</li>
</ul>

<li>Financial Reporting Contributor: Assist with the preparation of financial reports as needed</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<li>5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of the full cycle process</li>
</ul>

<li>Advanced proficiency in PO matching, GL coding, and payment request procedures</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience working in a startup environment is a plus</li>
