Major Roll

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparing Revenue share Invoices as per the Agreement, and Self-Certified Net Sales provided by Team and Annual reconciliation with CA certified statement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Marketing Invoice preparation as per term sheet and cross check with receipts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Accounting receipts as per payment advice received from customer &amp; follow up for payment advice if not received.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparation of ageing report and follow-up for the outstanding amount.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Customer TDS reconciliation and passing necessary entry.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Checking and approving monthly Utility workings of Tennant Usage, and Invoicing as per consumption.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Billing vs collection component, and monthly Report.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Look over VRF &amp; Customer query</li>
</ul>

Minor Roll

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Timely expenditure booking as per mall industry practice for calculating CAM and HVAC cost.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Payments to vendor and posting necessary entry in accounting package.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparation of CAM calculation &amp; HVAC calculation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bank Reconciliation on a weekly and weekly basis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Look over VRF &amp; Vendor query</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Customer Ledger reconciliation and F&amp;F settlement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparing and sharing required reports with corporate management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinating with all cross-functional departments for Mall performance improvement. </li>
