Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Preparation of financial statements as per schedule III of Companies Act, 2013 including notes to accounts for the group companies at regular intervals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monthly closing activities for MIS Reporting - Investors, Internal stakeholders, Lenders and compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Financial management, including statutory compliance, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Managing Internal and Statutory audits, coordinating with the auditors, liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of external audits</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Tax Planning and overall tax compliance for all group entities. Preparation of response/details for scrutiny cases</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensuring timely payment and filing of direct and Indirect taxes &amp; returns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Representing/ liaising with various tax authorities at different levels - GST (Commissioner); Income Tax Authority (Assistant commissioner); VAT &amp; Service Tax (Commissioner)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handling the income tax assessment work of Group Companies and appearing before the assessing authorities; coordinating with various Tax Authorities and following up</li>
</ul>

Preferred Candidate Profile:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Chartered Accountant qualified in first/second attempt</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards(Ind-AS) mandatory</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting; independent handling of both Direct tax, Indirect tax, Income tax, and related compliances</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills; experience compiling data and financial information</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">High degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships </li>
