<li>Minimum 6 - 8 yrs. relevant experience in a dynamic in-house/corporate legal or law firm environment, with familiarity of working across different jurisdictions and with multi-national clients.</li>
</ul>

<li>Additional certifications and experience, including compliance related global professional certification(s) (e.g. data privacy, data governance, Information Security) and/or corporate law and/or company experience, considered a plus.Education:JD /bachelor's degree in law (LLB) (or equivalent) or higher from a recognized institution and admission in good standing with applicable bar association(s) (or local equivalents).</li>
