You will be mainly accountable for: 
<ul>
<li> Plan, design, and execute, software/firmware testing on embedded electronics platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Develop new and revamp existing software/firmware test procedures and maintain those procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Maintain the test case / test plan database.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Support new product development test programs and product lifecycle verification and validation initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Analyzes test results and prepares test reports in partnership with the research and development teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Provides test fixture development and lifecycle support for the research and development team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Provide software and firmware support for laboratory test equipment. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications For The Role

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> A bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering (or similar)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> 8+ years of experience in embedded firmware or software working as a test or development engineer with embedded systems preferably in Power domain.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Hands-on experience with software/firmware testing, validation, test automation and debugging tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Experience in Test management iAzure DevOps platform or similar a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Experience in Power Quality Analysis, Metering, Power Electronics is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Experience with RS-485, RS-232, Modbus, and similar communications protocols.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Strong written and verbal communications skills. </li>
</ul>
