You will be mainly accountable for: 
<ul>
<li>Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> RFQ management, supports in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions and feedback recommendations for appropriate actions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management, ensures approved contractual terms in execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Understanding the customer requirement and floating RFQ’s to suppliers to receive quotes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> SAP Knowledge is must. Experience on SAP Ariba and Service Now would be an added advantage </li>
</ul>
Qualifications For The Role 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Any graduate (full-time) with 2-4 years’ experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Supplier registration and qualification in SAP Ariba. Creation and supplier modification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> RFQ management, supports in negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions and feedback recommendations for appropriate actions. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management, ensures approved contractual terms in execution. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Understanding the customer requirement and floating RFQ’s to suppliers to receive quotes. </li>
