Key Responsibilities: 
Inbound &amp; Outbound Operations:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee receiving, verification, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of shipments.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely movement of goods while maintaining accuracy and adherence to SOPs.</li>
</ul>

Communication &amp; Coordination:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a key point of contact between warehouse teams, logistics partners, internal departments, and customer support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Resolve inventory, delivery, or operational issues through prompt and professional communication.</li>
</ul>

MIS &amp; Reporting:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous process improvements.</li>
</ul>

Dashboard Creation &amp; Management:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design, update, and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of warehouse and logistics metric.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure accuracy of data related to inventory levels, dispatch status, returns, and workflow tracking.</li>
</ul>

Dispatch &amp; Lodging:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supervise the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain proper records and lodge all dispatches in the system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Record and report delays, discrepancies, or damages, and initiate corrective actions. </li>
</ul>
Key Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong verbal and written communication.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with warehouse operations and logistics workflows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar) is a plus. </li>
