What Will you do:

<li>Independently lead the design process to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for Tata 1mg’s digital platforms (B2B &amp; B2C)</li>
</ul>

<li>Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams like research, product, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Communicating and coordinating with senior stakeholders to evangelize and advance the UX agenda</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understand the user experience strategy for a product and drive the overall design solutions based on usability, consistency, business goals, time to market and customer experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design visually stunning and cohesive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and user expectations. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing, integrating analytics data to inform insightful design decisions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conceptualize visual requirements and collaborate with either the visual team or be resourceful to acquire assets independently.</li>
</ul>

<li>Communicate designs – Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, presentations that help the team understand what to build and why</li>
</ul>

<li>Cultivates motivation and energizes team dynamics, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment </li>
</ul>

<li>Stay updated on design trends and technologies, advocating for best practices and innovation.</li>

What are we looking for:

</ul>

<li>Skilled in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with knowledge of motion softwares like Adobe After Effects, Lottie &amp; Rive as a valuable asset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in quickly integrating feedback and strategizing for future design scalability and seamless integration within the product ecosystem</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience of working in agile environments and delivering best in class product design</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Able to plan and execute usability research using a variety of research methods and techniques</li>
</ul>

<ul>
