 Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:5pt;">Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Must have passed out from a Tier 1 Engineering college/B School.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:5pt;">Proven experience in an operations/programme management/continuous improvement role within the e-commerce/healthcare industry.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:5pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:5pt;">Excellent project management and organisational abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:5pt;">Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:5pt;">5+ years of overall work experience. </li>
