What will you do:

<li style="text-align:left;">Ensure that new hires have all the necessary tools, equipment, and resources needed to do their job.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:left;">Manage the onboarding process from start to finish, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding activities and recommend process changes timely.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Ensure that new hires receive appropriate behavioral and technical training.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Assist in the recruitment process by providing information to potential candidates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Manage employee records and data following company policy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Liaise with other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary support and resources</li>
</ul>
 What are we looking for:

<li>To be a successful HR Onboarding Specialist, the candidate must meet specific qualifications and requirements, including:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">A Bachelor’s degree/ MBA –(HR) or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">A minimum of 1+ Years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Knowledge of HR regulations, policies, and procedures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Strong communication skills and the ability to provide effective user support and training.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and other related software programs. </li>
